The large floor-to-ceiling window is perfect for watching the winter storms crash along the coastl; seeing the cliffs go through a riot of colour as the sun sets while you listen to the final crescendo of evening birdsong as night falls in the Cove.
The generous decking outside is a sun trap during the late spring and summer months.

Pier Cot is a cottage of character dating from the early 1700s. The cottage was originally part of the adjoining Harbour Master’s house.
The cottage comes fully furnished with one double bedroom, one twin room and bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs is a living room with kitchen, equipped with an Everhot stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, TV and DVD player.
Outside, there’s a lovely sunny patio for sitting and relaxing, and an original water pump that used to pump fresh water from a natural well below the house.
The cottage has underfloor heating downstairs and column radiators in both of the bedrooms upstairs.

Sea View dates back to the late 18th Century, when it was used as a weighbridge for the import and export trade of the harbour.
