Directions from A30

Head south on the A30
After the Chybucca junction, stay in left lane B3277
At Chiverton Cross take the 4th exit
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay on the B3277
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Vicarage road, passing the Spar shop
Follow this road through the village, you will get to the Church (on right) with the Porthvean and St Agnes Hotel on left and the bakery directly in front of you
Follow the road down the hill to the right – B3277 turns right and becomes B3285
At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Quay Road.
Drive past the Driftwood Spars and their carpark to the left, heading towards the beach carpark.
Follow the road on the left before the beach carpark. Go over speed bumps.

The Mermaid’s Tale is the first of our properties on your left after the first speed bump.
The Hygge is the blue house directly after with parking for 2 cars.
Pier Cot is 20 yds further on and is after the Watch House with parking for 2 cars.
Seaview is over another two speeds bumps and is at the end of the terrace of houses. Parking for 2 cars.
